We are happy to exchange products or provide a credit note, subject to the goods being returned to us unused and in their original condition, within 7 days of you receiving them. Please note we do not issue refunds unless goods are faulty. We will not be responsible for the cost of your postage, other than for faulty items. Please ensure that you return all items by Royal Mail Special Delivery as we cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit. Exchanged goods will only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and a quality control check has been undertaken. For hygiene purposes there is no return on lingerie, food items, earrings, perfume/beauty/bath/cosmetic products. Please note that there is no exchange or return for sale or vintage items. |
