We will make every effort to ensure that your purchase gets to you quickly, safely and in the most cost-effective way possible. We endeavour to pack up and dispatch all orders within 24 hours, subject to stock availability and payment approval, but ask for your patience during busy periods. Orders received after 3pm on Friday will not normally be processed until Monday.

For UK mainland delivery, there will be a standard charge of £6.95 for orders up to 20kg and £9.95 for orders over 20kg, which will be sent by Parcelforce 48 hour service. Orders can be delivered to either residential or business addresses and will require a signature on receipt. It is usual for the couriers to leave a notification card with their contact information if they are unable to deliver, however we cannot take responsibility if a notification card is not left. Please note that we cannot undertake deliveries to PO box numbers, hotels and hostel accommodation addresses.

If, however, you wish to receive your goods on the same day, please call us as we can usually arrange this, subject to stock availability and an additional delivery charge. We will advise you of the charge before we organise delivery. Same day deliveries are normally restricted to London postcodes only but please check with us for your area.

We will contact you as soon as your goods are dispatched, to give you an estimated time of arrival.

Some items state that they are subject to an additional delivery charge, purely because of their weight. If you wish to order an item that states this, please contact us for a correct delivery charge.

For overseas delivery, please contact us for delivery charges and times. However, please note that we are unable to calculate local Customs and Sales tax, you will be notified by your local customs authority when the order has reached your country. They will then calculate the total amount of tax that you need to pay them before you may receive your goods.

During December, please ensure that you order early enough to receive your goods in time for Christmas. Nearer the time, we will post the last shopping days on the website.
